Review by hotel critic
Nestled just five minutes from the iconic Rialto Bridge, this hotel offers a commendable balance between luxury and affordability. Its charming character and attentive staff enhance the overall experience, making it an appealing choice for travelers like myself, who appreciate design and convenience. Though the shared bathrooms may raise eyebrows, the provision of three facilities adequately serves the six-room layout, ensuring minimal wait times. I particularly valued the free toiletries provided, which adds a touch of comfort. Communication with the owner, Antonio, was smooth-he readily supplied kitchen cutlery when needed. While I initially missed having a dedicated space for breakfast, the proximity to delightful cafes and gelato shops compensates for this oversight. With reasonable pricing and a strategic location near tourist attractions, this hotel exemplifies wise financial planning for those seeking a stylish yet value-driven stay in Venice.
